I know everyone has a version of this, but this is the one my Grandma Gistafson used...
1 32oz pkg of Southern Hashbrowns (frozen)
1/2 stick melted butter
8 oz Shredded Velveeta
4 oz Sour Cream
2 small cans Cream of Chicken
2-3 tsp garlic powder
Mix all together. Bake in 9x13 at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
